Deposit, Cancellation and Refund
1. At the time of hire security deposit and rental will be taken from the debit or credit card as per the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
2. In the event of an accident there is no obligation for us to supply another vehicle or provide a refund for the balance of the hire term. In the event if the accident was due to no fault of the hirer or nominated driver Eco Vehicle Hire will consider the replacement on merit basis provided vehicles are available (subject to reservations)
Refund may be granted solely at the discretion of Eco Vehicle Hire BUT ONLY in the event of “compassionate grounds".
4. Cancellation advice MUST be received by us in writing or by way of emails. We will confirm cancellation of the hire and where applicable details of any charges made under this policy.
5. In the event of a "No-Show" following a confirmed booking being made and Eco Vehicle Hire have not taken a deposit then 10% of the hire value may be taken or One Days hire value whichever is the greater amount.
6. Van and MPV Bookings:
Note: Refunds may take up to 10 working days to credit in to your bank account/ credit card account.
