Information on collecting your vehicle upon arrival at Heathrow or other designated Airport
Arranging Vehicle Pickup
Our representatives will meet you in the arrivals hall of your designated airport or port.
Our representative will carry a board displaying your name, in the usual manner for these things, and will be waiting to meet you in the Arrivals Hall of the appropriate terminal, usually just after you clear customs and enter the UK proper.
To enable smooth delivery of your vehicle, we do need to know your arrival location/terminal and your flight number or the name of your ship. This will enable us to keep in contact with the air or shipping line and allow for any variation from the scheduled arrival time.
Upon entering into a Vehicle Hire Agreement, you will be issued with an emergency telephone number, attended 24-hours a day, so that no matter what the eventuality, you will be able to talk to a person, who will be able to get you to your vehicle.
Arranging different Pick-up/Drop-off Locations
Rates quoted are inclusive of delivery and collection at London Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport or other arrival point/airport as specified in your enquiry.
We can of course deliver your rental car to any airport, dock, hotel or private address in the UK, though additional charges may apply.
Extra Hours / Late Return
Each rental day represents 24 hours.
A grace period of 1 hour late return is allowed subject to prior consent, though of course we are flexible, and provided you keep in contact, we will take delays not under your control into account.
Otherwise, additional hours will be charged at the full daily rate (1 day) for the vehicle of your choice.
